wake up after 40 hours is time and a half!! why do bosses keep on cheating??? if we dont ask in the interview thats why we are taken for a ride, so wake up and next interview say after 40 hours its time and a half unless they want to be sued!!! cheaters, why cheat the person who is taking good care of your child, loving your child, cheat them, I dont understand this

Not a nanny? Then we have no idea if your job is protected with hourly/overtime laws - but nannying IS.
