Nanny brings her husband home

I have had this nanny for about 10 months. She takes my daughter out for long walks after breakfast and lunch.. she told me a couple of times that her husband played with my daughter.. and my daughter didn't want to come back to her. I did not know the details that much as to where he met them.
I told my nanny to not take my daughter out for two walks because of that reason and take her out only once after breakfast. i also told her if her husband needs to drop food or something he can drop it at home. (I had found her waiting in a park once with my daughter and when i asked what is she doing there she said they are waiting for her husband to drop food.).
I just lost it yesterday. her husband stopped by and sat in the basement with her and my daughter and they both were playing with her. I did not say anything to them, but i made an excuse and took my daughter from there.. and he left after a while. Now, i want to fire her or set her straight Monday morning. I need advise.. please. Should i fire her? I am worried that if i warn her she might do something to my daughter.. This is all after i have cameras on every floor at my house.. I have been so stressed since Friday please help.

Have a conversation. Tell her you hired her, not a couple, and she is at work.

Also, you did a background check on her, not him, and have worker's comp to cover her, not him, etc..

Ask her why the visits have ramped up -- is she bored? Are her hours too long?

Try to figure out if this is just a young, in love nanny getting a little too comfortable at your home and thinking of it like a dorm room or something, or if she's lost interest in the job.

I would have a serious talk with her and explain how what she did is totally crossing the line. Her husband needs to stay away when she is working . If she doesn't seem remorseful and won't change find someone new.

Hello, I am a nanny also and I would never take my husband to the house where I work. I do understand where you come from because I am a mother also and I would be very worried if that activity is going on at my house on in the park. If I were you I would not tolerate her husband visiting her. He could be the sweetest person in town, but you don't know. Please keep your daughter away from that guy.

Sorry to gesr but where do parents hire nanny and complain about it later.please make sure about everything before don't depends on the references only.
What the hell is her husband doning in your house. Please kick her out before something bad happens.
