need help - Finding a nanny in Philadelphia

We are moving to Philadelphia this year -- and will be looking for a nanny. Does anyone know of a good way to find one? Are there any nanny forums like this that you know about in Philadelphia area?

I'm in the Philly area, and it can be difficult to find a nanny, and as a nanny I find it difficult to find good NFs. There's the Philadelphia nanny network that you could work through, or just use care.com.

What hours/days are you looking for? I'll probably be searching for a new job soon!
