Can any of the agencies find someone in less than a month? Our nanny just disappeared with no notice and we are really in a jam to find a new one, without a lot of time to sift through postings and interview. We called Choice Nannies today and they told us 4 to 6 weeks. I can't patch together coverage for that long. Help! |
Hi, I you live in Washigton Dc, I will be free on September, please let me know, thanks |
hi where are you located? |
Try metro parent relief. Even if she can't find you a permanent nanny in 2-3 weeks she definitely can find you someone temporary. |
We're in Montgomery County. I sort of hate to have someone temporary, given that I think it's already pretty disruptive for the kids to have their long term nanny just disappear with basically no notice. I've explained it as best I can and the youngest just keeps asking if she's coming in today, or telling me things she's going to tell the nanny. I'm pretty traumatized myself that some one I trusted would do something like that to us, but that's a different post! if there are any more suggestions, keep then coming'. Thanks! |
White House nannies got us new nannies twice with interviews within days of calling, and both hires started in a week. |
