Potential new families during the interview process? It's been a while since I've had to do this and I want to make sure I cover everything before I end up in a bad position. Thanks!

Ask them what their ideal daily routine would be and how they make sure that happens, such as how they get the kids down for naps and resolve their most common behavior issues. If they ask how you would go about a particular thing, respond that you have done it different ways for different families, then give examples before asking what they what like to see done.
