I don't like how this lady is called a nanny. Puts such a damper on real nannies. This lady was not paid. Who works for free ??? Crazy people who need lodging and don't want to be homeless. You get what you do or don't pay for.

I watched the 20/20 interview, and I have to say: it painted the family in a horrible light. The MB dodged every question about how many hours the "nanny" was required to work -- mom says 10, nanny says 50-60.
Mom put a padlock on the fridge, cut off the internet, and even turned off the A/C during the day "to try and sweat her out."
The mom also tried to change the nanny's job duties tremendously. nanny wouldn't sign the new agreement.

They did those things only after she was "fired" and refused to leave. I think those are totally reasonable things to do, I personally would have went much further.

I'm sure the discussion got over run by people arguing over points that weren't even in the same topic. It's how all the threads go....
