My previous boss is very bad how to let other nanny know how the family is before considering the job. Is it legal to report when your boss scream at you all the time.

I am so sorry about your horrible experience. I would be traumatized.

Right now, I don't know where we can report abusive parent employers.

There is no one to report a screaming boss to as it is not against the law to scream at employees.

I don't know about the legalities, but I don't see what type of public forum you could do this on w/out him perhaps seeing it and pursuing legal action...?

+1. While it's awful to have a boss that yells at you there is nothing illegal about it and if he is that type of person then chances are he would take legal action if you made it public.

My boss sent another worker to ask me about some of my coworkers. He then ran to H.R's office and called these coworkers and told them I'd said bad things about them behind their backs. When we had a meeting about it he kept changing the time so I would be late or not show at all. He then let everyone speak but when I tried to talk he cut me off and ended the meeting. When I finally did speak to him I said he should have asked me if any of alleged conversation was true. He said he didn't have to. He was the boss and could do as he pleased. He is not only an unprofessional manager, he is a nasty spiteful person with the people skills of a 3 year old. It gets harder and harder to go to work as this is just one example. It is draining and degrading for me to have to listen to him judge me as a person and worker when he clearly plays games to boost his pathetic ego.
