while acknowledging the ultimate
"at will" status of Employer and Nanny

3. Regular Discussions and Written Reviews

4. Trial Period for Nanny and Employers
to evaluate long term potential

5. Continuing (informal) Education
for both Nanny and Employers

You may know, but many nannies who don't know are still getting burnt every day. It's good for new nannies to know how to build a successful career, if that's what they want.
