Excellent nanny available in August

Our wonderful nanny, Veronica Rivera, is available to start working with a DC-based family in August. The only reason we have to let her go is because I'll be leaving work to be with the kids full-time. She is excellent, and I highly recommend her with no reservations.

She has been the nanny for our 2-year old twins for the past 1.5 years. She has worked from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday in our Washington, DC apartment. Beyond her standard responsibilities of caring for the girls and providing them with healthy breakfasts and lunches, bathing them, and doing their dishes and laundry, Veronica has gone out of her way to assist with their development. She regularly takes them to the park and library, reads to them, does artwork with them, sings with them, and helps them learn new words and concepts. She’s a native Spanish speaker and speaks perfect English.

One of the most important points is that our girls absolutely love her. When she arrives in the morning, the girls rush to the door so excited to see her. When she leaves in the evening, they give her huge hugs. That pure love says a lot about Veronica’s quality of care and what a great person she is.

Additionally, Veronica has provided us with very helpful tips on childcare as we’re first-time parents and she has 4 children of her own. She always respects our wishes, and I’ve found her advice to be really useful. All of her kids excel at school, win numerous academic and leadership awards, and are kind and polite.
