Experience with agencies?

I have an interview coming up with a reputable agency(not in DC), and was wondering what to expect? I haven't worked with an agency before, so I was looking any advice/experiences/etc..

Be very careful. Anything they say to you, be SURE to get in writing, or forget it. Most of them will tell you anything to get a quick match. Make sure you get AT LEAST three different families to interview BEFORE you pick one. They'll pressure you for a quick answer, but take your time. GL.
