What's wrong with it? I might try a shoe repair or vacuum repair place. Or, call Buy Buy Baby or Great Beginnings and ask them.

The wheels are broken in our 2 strollers. I don't want to buy a new stroller just because of the wheels.

I know there is a Stroller Spa in CA and NY but I cannot find anything like this in DC area.

I agree about trying a bike store. HTO sells BOBS and we got a pump there for ours. They were very knowledgeable and do bike repairs there - ask about strollers. We were also in Georgetown recently and somehow a piece fell off of our stroller and the wheel would no longer stay on. We were panicking about what to do and the super friendly bike repair guy ran in and grabbed the piece and fixed it in about 3 seconds, no charge.
