I am looking to purchase Worker's Comp or liability insurance to cover our new nanny. We live in VA, and I realize that this insurance is not mandatory, but I'd like to provide some sort of coverage both for her safety and to cover us in case something should happen. Our renter's policy does not offer such insurance, and I am actually having a lot of trouble finding any insurance company who offers this sort of coverage for domestic employees in Virginia if you don't own a business. Does anyone have such insurance or know where I could get coverage?

4nannytaxes.com can help too if you call them. They have an agent who will get you this in VA.
