I told a potential MB my rate...It's on the higher end. Not too high but high for my area. She then said "Yes that will work for me... However I would like to pay you an extra $2 an hour for days when your hear for less than 5 hours as I want to make it worth your time. I was a nanny and I appreciate equality child care. Is that okay with you?? "

In my area, they are far and few between, but they do exist.

I did end up getting the job! Went for a second time to meet with the kids and she ended up paying me for it. How is this a troll post?0

Because in what looked to be a positive and uplifting post you had to throw in a dig at all other MB's.

Exactly. I'm the PP that called troll, and a nanny. Even if you're for real OP, your post came across as an inflammatory dig, and the subsequent posts look remarkably like your own writing style.

Op here! Sorry I didn't mean to make it sound negitive at all! I just got out of a horrible situation where mb dropped my pay after she hired me... Added extra duties, never ever paid on time! She just finally paid me last night from my last day in March! I was excited & felt blessed. Sorry I offended any MBs out there
