Quality domestic services

We are looking for a live-in nanny and someone recommended an agency called Quality Domestic Services. Has anyone ever heard of it or used it?

It's not just housecleaning. This is their website: http://www.qualitydomesticservices.com/. The person I know has found 3 live-in nannies over a period of 10 years from this agency. I was just wondering if anyone else had ever used them but I guess not.

I know this is just my issue, but in this day and age where looking up sites online for info is so commonplace, a poor website really turns me off from a business. And theirs is a perfect example of a site that would totally turn me off.

Nope. Don't buy it. I think you're with the company and trying to drum up business.
The simple fact that I can't google them easily is a huge red flag. In order to find them I had to type in a very specific search, and it STILL wasn't on the first page of results.
They aren't BBB accredited, so that's another red flag.
Even their facebook page is a joke, to be frank. They have zero information about the company.

Agree with all of this. I'm the PP who said I would never use them because of their website. I would never list all my contact information when there isn't even a FAQ section on the website. No testimonies, nothing. If you are the owner of this business, you need to do a lot of work into making it look like this is an actually good company. There are SO many nanny agencies, housecleaning agencies, personal care agencies, etc in this area that no one is going to use a business that has such a poor online presence.

I'm the OP. I'm not the owner of this company. If you don't believe me you can ask Jeff about my previous posts. The poor quality of the website concerned me as well. The only reason I found it was because I had been given the phone number for the agency and it matched. My understanding is that it is a small agency run by 1 woman. As I said, someone I know (not a close friend) used her with a lot of success but that's all I know. I'm having a really hard time finding an agency for live-in nannies. Most of the agencies I've used only have live-out nannies.
