Nanny "primer"

We are expecting our second child and considering options with having a PT nanny or maybe even a nanny share instead of using daycare, but I am completely clueless on the tax issue(s?), wages, logistics, etc. Is there a good resource out there anyone could recommend to help get us "up to speed" on the nanny-hiring process?
