Help with wording a review on Care.com please. RSS feed

I have received 12+ reviews on the site but in a span of close to 6 years. I asked for feedback from half the families and other half sent them on their own. While I appreciate the reviews -all positive - I also feel like some parents may think I am too busy, thus not reply to my inquiry regarding their job posts. I recently met a parent and though it ended up not working out, she gave me feedback. I wish she hadn't because though it's positive, I feel like it seems to other parents that now I'm even asking for feedback from parents who I didn't even work for, when in reality, the parents who I did ask for feedback, I did so after at least 3 care dates.

Is there anyway I can respond to the feedback with appreciation, while also acknowledging in some way that I didn't expect it since I didn't work for the parent and not sound insincere? Thanks.

I don't really see the need to address it other than saying "thank you for your kind feedback". So you have a couple of reviews a year? I don't see how that conveys into appearing too busy, especially if these are for babysitting and not nannying type of positions.
