| How does your employer give you money for buying groceries and other expenses you may have while working. Our nanny would like to cook for us and do some shopping. I would like to figure out a way to give her money to do this without having her use her money an us paying her back. Should I get a prepaid credit card for her? Gift cards? Just leave cash? Also I would like her to have money to pay for parking at the zoo and other incidentals. |
|
Prepaid credit card for things like groceries and other bigger purchases. Petty cash for parking, lunch out, and small incidentals. Receipts for everything go in the envelope with the petty cash.
|
| Mb here. I order groceries online so pay for them then - he just puts them away when they're delivered. If running out for milk or something, or picking up items at the farmers market, he uses petty cash. |
| Mine does a reload able credit card. I just leave receipts. |
|
I used my own card and then gave MB the receipts at the end of the month. Boosted my credit score.
Why dont you ask your nanny their preference for handling this? |
| I swear people on here think it's soooo trendy to have a male nanny that they always find a way to make it known..LOL |
People just like using the appropriate pronoun. |
You have a seemingly unhealthy amount of hate for this person with a manny. Do you feel threatened by the manny? |
+1. Seriously. Now it's just getting crazy. She said "he." Should she write "she" when her nanny is male? What IS your problem? |
This. |
At least she didn't say my manny like she used to |
