Nannies use their cars mostly, so its fair to pay fairly for mileage, paying mileage includes repairs and gas, so if your nannies are driving the children we need to pay

Paying mileage dies not include also paying for repairs and gas. The mileage rate is designed to compensate fir that in the mileage reimbursement. Go back To your bridge.
