How do I find a nanny?

FTM here. When do I start looking (baby due in September)? What questions do I ask? Intimidated by this whole process.

I say start looking about 6-8 weeks before you want the person to start. Keep in mind if you're going back to work you may want the person to overlap with your maternity leave for a couple of days or a week.

You can google questions to ask a nanny and you'll get a lot of ideas.
