Fair package?

Just asking if this seems like a fair package. I love my nanny and want to know if I've done right by her.

She started in February 2013. I pay her $825 a week to watch 3 kids for about 40 hours a week, with most Fridays off. In addition, we have given her about 7-8 weeks of paid vacation/holidays this year. Bonus was $500, and a small gift.

Of course that's fine. It sounds like you're looking for praise, not as assessment of what is obviously a very fair rate, hugely generous leave and nice bonus.

Aside from the multiple extra weeks of vacation, sounds like a standard position. Good job?
