Nanny wanting to relocate

I am a nanny who lives on the west coast and would love to move to the east coast. Have any nannies on here successfully relocated across country? I would like to have a job in place before I move. Are there certain agencies that work with out of state nannies? Thanks!

I'm an east coast nanny and there are many agencies that will work with out of state nannies. I don't know if you'll be able to find a job before you move unless you flew out for interviews. I have worked with out of state agencies before and they just interviewed me via skype or FaceTime.
