Another Holiday Bonus Question

Our nanny started with us last April and we absolutely love her. Unfortunately, she will be leaving us at the end of the month since she is getting married and moving. As she has worked with us less than a year, I was thinking that a few hundred dollars and a small gift for her new home might suffice. We will also be giving her the whole week off with pay at Christmas rather than just one paid holiday as listed in her contract. Just curious if this seems fair.
