Nanny Agency?

After 6 wonderful years with our current nanny, we need to look for someone new.
Last time, I started out with craisgslist, emails, other nanny sites, etc and it took a tremendous amount of time and I was not very successful. I tended to see the same people over and over on all the sites, and they were not what I was looking for. Eventually, we coughed up the money to sign up with an agency and we ended up having a lot of success. So, my bias is towards just starting with an agency this time. We live in Northern Virginia. Can anyone recommend an agency that they have had a good experience with? We are looking for a full-time, live-in nanny. Thanks! |
