What benefits does your PT nanny get?

I am going to hire a PT nanny (30 hours a week) soon and curious what others are offering their nannies. TIA.

I am a part time nanny working 30 hours a week. Benefits include:

-guaranteed hours (always paid for 30 hours a week)
-2 weeks paid vacation my choice
-major federal holidays paid
-I recieved around 3 sick and 3 snow days and used them all in 1 year

This is basically what I received in most of my part time nanny positions. Good luck!

make sure you give guaranteed hours. offering her some paid leave time would engender a better relationship between you.

I am a pt nanny. I get one week paid (their choice). Nothing else.

...it sucks. Looking for a better situation.
