Mother's helper, barter for reduced rent?

I'm looking for a Spanish speaking female roommate in a 3 bedroom 3 level home. Having one child is ok. I have three children two of which are bilingual. Would like to continue their second language at home. Roommate will assist me with watching the kids if I need to run an errand or an occasional outing whatever it may be. Two kids are in school and one is in daycare. I do not need a nanny. The room size is ok and currently has bunk beds in it. Utilities are included. Prefer a nonsmoker, drama free but cool person.

How do I advertise this? I've done so on Craigslist. Should I try somewhere else?
