Looking for Part-time nanny

Hi,
I am a SAHM with toddler twins and twin dogs. We have a part-time nanny (about 10 hours a week - one weekday (9-2) and one weekend evening for date-night. We have a wonderful set-up, but the problem is we have no backup child care for when she is busy/sick. I am looking for someone one weeknight evening a week (about 3-4 hrs)so our kids (as well as me and my husband)get used to another care-giver and we have an alternate caregiver for emergencies. Being comfortable with dogs is a must. We also need someone who is willing to clean up after kid meals, help prepare food for the kids, and help clean the play room and fold kid laundry. We live in McLean.

You generally don't refer to dogs that are siblings (from the same litter) as twins.
