Anniversary gift for nanny?

| Our nanny's one year anniversary is coming up and I would like to give her a gift. She got a raise 2 months ago already, so she won't be getting another one right now. (The raise was early because we switched share families and redid the whole contract with a raise.) she will get a holiday bonus at Xmas of 1-week salary, plus possibly a few extra days off. So what is appropriate for an anniversary here? I was thinking a small gift, like some nice gloves, plus a small bonus of around $150. |

If you know she drinks coffee or tea, a great travel mug is an option. Or coffee/tea. |
