Enough socialization for 3 year old?

During the week, he has a play date at his own home once a week with 1-2 kids his age and goes to a play date at a friend's home once a week with a couple of other kids his age. Sunday morning he does a play group at the church with kids his age. So that's 3x a week that he gets to play with other kids.
The other days he is with his nanny or parents.

Does he go out to parks, or other places where there are kids he can interact with? I wouldn't consider the playdates and one playgroup enough. I would consider it enough one on one time, and when you add going to the park and meeting random other kids (could be strangers even) at least on the other days with nanny, enough socialization in a well rounded way.

No, that's it. There are no parks close by or other places within walking distance they can go. Nanny doesn't drive and public transport isn't really an option here either.
