Considering going From live out nanny to live in nanny agencies recommendations ?

I have considered doing a live in nanny job for the next 2-3 years , I only have experience with ages 3-11 is it tougher to find live in jobs with those ages ?
Is it best to use a nanny agency or find it online ? I'm also considering relocating will some families pay for this ? Any advice appractied |
