Why not just go to the discover section (under the #) and follow who they suggest for you until you grow up your friend list.
Or under the search section search nanny groups, if that's what you want to see on your feed The last thing I want to tweet about or read about is work related stuff. I tweet nothing about work and follow no nanny groups. |
