Appropriate parting gift for nanny of 9 months

We have to leave our nanny share because we have to relocate for work. I adore our nanny, as does our son, and I'd never leave the share otherwise. What should I do, if anything, for our nanny once we leave? We've done a few things in the past - celebrated her birthday with small gifts, had a few other small celebrations with personalized gifts (cards, frames, pictures), etc.

If your suggestion is money, how much?

First, take some time to write her an amazing reference letter. Include everything you and your child appreciate about her.
If a 100. (or whatever) in a card is comfortable for you, that would be very thoughtful.
