Trouble finding part time english speaking nanny. Should I use sitter city? Any other ideas?

| We use local college students. $20/hr for 3 kids and yes we pay taxes (our jobs require it). It's worked great for us. We are starting our 4th year, and on our 2nd nanny (1st one graduated). We canvassed all the camp counselors we liked the summer before we needed a nanny. The second nanny is a good friend of the 1st. |
