She's just so caring and such a great mom! I agree with 99% of what she does and says and we get along fabulously. I guess she's just the best female role model I've ever had and I would give anything to be half the mom she is to her kids. Has anyone else ever felt similarly about their mb?
Oh and fwiw, I've been working for her family for 4 1/2 years. So we know each other very well

I don't think you're creepy, fwiw. I think the other posters are being dramatic- it's not as if you're trying to steal her life or run away with her!
Be careful to respect boundaries, but pretty much everyone has had an infatuation with or crush on somebody- and it's not always sexual as PP's seem to be implying. |

Fantasize does not mean sexual all the time...you all must have your heads in the gutter. There are no boundary issues at all in our relationship. She's a great friend of mine and I look up to her as a mother of the children I spend all day with. CALM DOWN EVERYONE. Bitter nannies don't like nannies who have good MB relationships I guess... |

And I'm not bitter at all, my MB and I have a great relationship and I look up to her for what she has accomplished in her life, but I would never use the word "fantasize", sexual or not.
