Need Advice on cheating DB

I am a nanny. As a live-in I have become very close to the mother. She is like a best friend to me. But, I hardly know the father who is always on "business trips." I will spare everyone the details but I know for a fact the father is cheating on the mother. It bothers me so much that I think about leaving the job! It's killing me not telling the mother. Should I tell the mother and stay or not say anything and find another job?

If you hardly know the DB, and he is always on "business trips" how can you know for a fact that he's cheating?
