Hi

I was hoping one of you would have the answer to this: how much, probably as a %, are DC taxes if you employ a nanny (for a nanny share)? Are taxes depending on where the nanny lives, or where the employer lives? I would like to have a better idea about how much total I should plan for nanny share, instead of only knowing the "net wage".

Definitely do all your homework before you agree to a net wage. There are red flag posts about this in multiple threads in this forum.
