| Planning to hire a housekeeper for 16-20 hours per week, 3 or 4 days. She'll do all cleaning, laundry, and organizing/straightening, probably some cooking and very occasionally watch a child. What's a fair rate for NWDC or close-in MoCo? |

| OP $15-$20 should be fine. Housekeepers sometimes make more than nannies as the work is more difficult. |
