Looks to me like it covers nannies up to 3 sick days per year. If you get no PTO, then it would apply, but if you already get at least 3 days of PTO that you could use if you got sick, then your employers are technically in compliance. They don't have to give you 3 additional days and call them "sick leave." |

seems like the law is very reasonable. I also like that (unlike the NY version) it simply treats nanny employers like all other small employers rather than singling them out for different treatment. |
