what is the going rate for a nanny for FT for Northern VA? (Springfield). 3 kids (3, 7 and 9) , at various times, only 1-2 d/t school/preschool. I have no idea. thanks

Find someone who wants your job and ask her. Average is 15 or so per hour, but you may find anywhere from 10 to 25, depending on what you are hoping to find.
