Why do so many people on these nanny forums COMPLAIN?

| There are more trolls, complainers, whiners, etc on this board then any other childcare/parenting board I've ever been too. Whats the deal? Why is everyone so angry? |

| I have no sympathy for any of them. I love my job. I love my bosses. If I have a problem with them, I confront it and deal with it. I don't get on the internet to vent about how poorly I'm treated and how everything is MB's fault. |

Keep in mind some of these posters are trolls who love to stir up drama between MBs and nannies. They post as both and just sit back and watch the madness unfold. I also think that the professional nannies like 21:55 handle it just like she said. So you're going to get a large sample of people who would rather vent online than handle it on their own with their nanny or MB/DB.
It is the same reason why if you go the relationship forum, you'll see a ton of people venting about DH or DW. It isn't that there are soooo many more unhappy marriages out there, it is just because those are the ones who vent. But getting off my high horse, I am totally guilty of coming on here to vent about DH or MIL or my mom rather than talking to them face to face. |

| Just wanted to say, if you suspect a troll...REPORT THEM. I just did it to a post on here and it was removed. Jeff doesn't know when someone is trolling and relies on the users to report them. I think if we report and remove these trolls rather than engage them, we might see a shift in this forum. |

It's a nanny forum. Nannies come here to discuss problems and look for advice in weird situations. The problem is that most os responses are judgmental and feel like they need to answer with "oh no, this is impossible, OP you must be lying" or "oh op how dare you, you are so dumb"
I am 100% sure that there are people here that feel better when belittleing others on an online forum! |

Seriously, the amount of times I read " FAKE! TROLL!GO BACK TO YOUR BRIDGE!" is obnoxious and I am beginning to believe that most people commenting are the ones looking to ruffle feathers. |
