I have two babies in a share, and they have an inexpensive (i.e., piece of crap) double stroller they use only for the share. This morning we went out for a walk, as we often do. When we came back, both babies were screaming and my finger was bleeding all over the place because I had apparently cut it somehow (I didn't even notice until I looked at my hand and it was covered in blood). Anyway, I got both babies inside as fast as I could and went to attend to my cut. In the meantime, I totally forgot about the stroller. Now it's soaked, sitting outside.
How do you get a stroller dry after it's soaked? I doubt the parents will be mad, but I just feel bad. |
If there is a porch area or garage, leave it there to dry. It's happens to the best of us! No biggie. |
Yup, just leave it in a dry place to dry out. I can't imagine anyone possibly being upset about that.
(If I needed to put the baby right back in it, and needed it dry right away, I'd try a hair dryer.) |
towel dry then blow dry if you dont think it will dry overnight |
Yeah, if you have nothing else to do (with the twins!), go blow dry the cheap piece of crap stroller? Are you a mb with two ft nannies, or what? |
No need to be a bitch. She asked how to dry a stroller and I told her. No one is forcing her to it and to me it seemed like a common sense kind of question. By the way I'm a nanny for two infants and have had my share of jobs with twins and triplets. If you can't find 15 mins out of your day to dry a stroller or anything else then you have horrible time management skills and shouldn't be working with multiples. It doesn't take much skill to hold a blow dryer over a piece of fabric but than again you could just leave the stroller out to dry. |
+1 No need to be rude and try to stir up trouble. PP gave helpful advice. |
Sunshine, to prevent mold/rust. |
