I want to tell nanny...

What kind of things do you wish you could tell nanny or MB, but are just too inappropriate or awkward to bring up? Good or bad. I always wish I could read MBs mind, even though we have a great relationship and open communication, there are just some things you can't ask or say to someone's face. I love those times when we are sitting around and our conversation gets deep and we talk about nanny realted things, like how last nanny sucked or one day they'd like to take me on vacation. If you're really only seeing MB for 15 mins before and after work, these conversations are very rare. I also absolutely love when they invite me to eat dinner with them too! I'm bored and curious.

I'm pissed as hell this weekend that this is the fourth time in my 6 months of working for them that they have failed to pay me on time. In my anger I applied to and got called for an interview for 4 jobs this week. Here's to hoping its my last week!!!

He is 16-months-old and has coslept with his parents since birth. When I am there I lie down with him till he falls asleep, which usually takes no more than 5 minutes. I don't sleep, and I don't get under the covers. I usually put a clean blanket on the bed for me to lay on while I pat his back. I thought it was odd, but it's what they do so I don't mind. You'd think, if you knew your nanny was going to put your son to bed in your bed you might put your sex toys in a drawer or something.

So lay with him in a different bed? It's their bedroom, they can do as they please.

Seriously, I'm following the instructions from the parents. I'm not going to put him in another bed that doesn't have safety rails, he has no crib. It's just odd that someone would leave out such a personal item in a place they KNOW their child and nanny go daily.
