My MB told me today that she couldn't make "it" work with out the help I've given her. That just trying to work, making sure there is good in the fridge, the daily life stuff-that she couldn't do it with out me
Made me feel great that she acknowledges me.

She than was like I love my kids but come Sunday night I'm counting the hours til you show up.

Sometimes just a small gesture makes the whole day better

That's sweet. It feels good to be acknowledged. My mb said similar to me last night.

My previous employers used to say that all the time. Having one child, a cleaning service and working 35hours a week was to much for mb to handle and that's why she added more crap on to my list. It's nice to needed but it can backfire.
