| My first nanny was a post-college grad from a reasonably wealthy family. While she did a great job when she was around, she didn't really need the money, so took far too much time off and came in late a lot. |

| I would say I'm better off than most. Husband has a great job. We're not loaded but we do love in a nice house, drive new cars, and wear designer clothing. I don't have to work, but choose to. I'm always 15 minutes early and hardly take any time off. I love my job! |

My house is paid off, my parents gave it to me as a gift when I graduated college. Both my cars are paid off (presents from my parents). I have no debt.
My nanny job pays me $25/hr (I'm not in DC). |

My husband does incredibly well, we both drive nice new cars and live in a nicer house than my MB/DB do. We do not have kids, other than the furbaby (dog). And we plan to keep it that way.  I work because I love being around children. Other people's children. Haha
