wealthy nannies

I have a trust fund worth more than my employers home and drive a brand new luxury SUV. I doubt that they'd care if they knew.

My DH is very successful professionally and I get paid way more than the nanny salaries you see touted on this board. We are comfortable and thankful.

I had 2 mormon nannies who came from very wealthy families (more than once they told me how much bigger their houses were than mine - not being snarky - just saying they couldn't believe i was expecting to raise a family in such a small house!). Both of the families were business-owners, one of which is a national brand-name. However, both girls were post-college and were totally on their own. their parents didn't support them financially at all.

Jealous? My grandparents also left me a very large trust fund, which is paid out quarterly.
