Clearly au pairs do use care.com. The OP said she saw a lot of posts.

If they are in the US on a student visa they are restricted in how many hours they can work.

Not just that. They are restricted on the types of jobs they can have. They are supposed to work on campus or in a relevant field, no more than 20 hours a week.

Definitely lots of overstays. They don't care because they know they only need to get married to a US citizen to have the overstay forgiven.

OR sleeping with your husbands lol a lot of you moms are clueless and I know a lot of aupairs and have heard stories so while you guys get on platforms much like this one to bash your childcare, sitter, nannies, aupairs especially the aupairs they are sleeping with your husbands right under your noses.
