Can you suggest water wipes?

If they are cloth diapering some use a wet wash cloth but usually you wipe first with a disposable.

Wear gloves.

Just ask for gloves to be supplied. It’s her kid you do it how she wants. If you can’t handle it don’t take the job, no shame you just have to know your comfort level
