Nanny question???

Our nanny empties the dishwasher when we run it in the morning or when she runs it and it finishes when she’s still working. But we never intentionally leave it for her and she doesn’t wash the kids’ dishes by hand. (If it’s full and running when she leaves, she just leaves the kids’ dinner dishes in the sink and we deal with them, so it goes both ways.)
