Nanny for medically vulnerable child during COVID

Are there any nanny agencies you would recommend? I looked at a few in MD/DC, and I get concerned that COVID is not front and center on their website--they make no mention of it.

I wish you well. You don't seem opposed to paying for what you're asking for and that will help you find it. I see so many parents trying to be cheap on this forum yet expecting the world.

Make the job sweet enough that she wouldn't want to lose it. The net flick subscription or to one of the cultural channels is an excellent idea plus good pay of course. The idea of someone a little older living alone is a good one. Someone who is settled who isn't changing their lifestyle a whole lot.
