If the family members haven't arrived yet, you tell your employers that you will not be there when they arrive and will come back when your employers have quarantined thereafter and had negative Covid tests. If they balk, tell them you will sue.


While I do see your side of this PP, I do not think you can sue your Nanny Family in a court of law over this.

Plus, best not to burn any bridges.

I'm the PP and I realize she probably couldn't sue, her employers in a sense have already burnt their bridge with her by needlessly exposing her. They should let her choose if she wishes to work with all these people from all over and if she chooses not to, she should not have to be penalized monetarily or in other way.
