Part time Nanny, Full time Availability?

I’m paid for 40 hrs when normally I worked 25, because the kids are in school. Pretty sure my bosses are happy they kept me on ‘just in case’!!! No one is going to put their life on hold for you. If you want full time availability, you need to pay full time hours. It’s a nanny’s market now.
